Hi Backers, and happy holidays!! It's time for our most fun update of all - let's talk about SAFETY! WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

 Two steps you can take to make sure you're safe using your Nutlock sets:

First, We stated it in our last update, but if you have a bike with quick release skewers and your bike's dropouts have "lawyer tabs" (looks like this)

Then make sure you install enough washers on both sides of the skewer to make sure the Nutlock nuts clear the tabs and rest on the washers themselves.

Second, before riding your bike at any time, do a quick check on your Nutlock sets to make sure they are in tact and sufficiently tightened.

If you feel any wobbling during a ride or if anything feels off in regards to your bike's alignment or wheels, stop immediately and check to see if your Nutlocks are properly secured.

Note that you might need to re-tighten your Nutlock nuts over time as they can loosen with rides. We recommend checking this every few rides to make sure they are secured properly.

THEY'RE COMING!!

What to do when you receive your Nutlock set:

• Open the shipping envelope carefully. Some Nutlock stickers are in the actual shipping envelope, so be careful to not rip them. 
• If you ordered more than 1 full set, hold the box shut tight as you remove it from the shipping envelope - it's packed to the brim.
• IMPORTANT: Take a picture of the back of your key first thing and save it. This will serve as reference in case you need to order an additional key in the future.

As of now, we've shipped out the majority of orders.

Did you do any of the following? You'll likely have some delays with your order.

• You did not fill out your Kickstarter or BackerKit survey fully by June
• You got a Thru Axle or 8mm nut set
• You have a Vanhawks bike
• You changed your address and didn't set up mail forwarding with USPS (if you did this you're all set)
